Dinner: Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Classic Cafe Salad (Half), Creamy Fudge, Dried Pine Nuts , French Baguette, Low-Fat Chicken Noodle Soup, Lowfat Swiss Cheese, Martini. Snacks/Other: Protein Bar - Lemon Meringue.
