Fat: 61.48g | Prot: 133.87g | Carb: 200.96g.   Breakfast:  Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size - Original, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (Peeled). Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Classic Cafe Salad (Half), Creamy Fudge, Dried Pine Nuts , French Baguette, Low-Fat Chicken Noodle Soup, Lowfat Swiss Cheese, Martini. Snacks/Other:  Protein Bar - Lemon Meringue.
