Fat: 19.94g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 101.60g.   Breakfast:  Chobani Greek Yogurt - Strawbetty, boiled egg, whole grain bagel, organic creamy peanut butter. Lunch:  Jason's Deli salad bar. Dinner:  chicken breast without skin, bone, home grilled, mixed vegetables, frozen.
