Dinner:  Cherry Tomato, chicken breast, chicken drumstick, chicken thigh, chicken wing, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Calcium, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Fish Oil Omega 3, Large Curd Cottage Cheese, Water.
