Fat: 45.92g | Prot: 41.70g | Carb: 113.25g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein, Acai Daily Cleanse, Apples, Bananas, Pecan Nuts. Lunch:  Celery, Healthy Request Tomato Soup, Smoked Brats. Dinner:  Microwave Popcorn with Butter. Snacks/Other:  Lite Bartlett Pear Halves in Extra Light Syrup, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Sugar Free Lime Gelatin.
