Fat: 19.48g | Prot: 56.21g | Carb: 143.71g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Special K Red Berries. Dinner:  cucumber, Deli Fresh French Dip Shaved Roast Beef, Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, grape tomato, Hy vee garden salad, Light Thousand Island Dressing, mushroom, Oscar Mayer Applewood Smoked Turkey Brt, Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese Slices, sara lee 80 calories and delightful wheat buns. Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apples, orange, Special K Cereal Bars - Blueberry.
