Lunch:  Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef Meatballs, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Fresh), Soft White Roll. Dinner:  Prawns, Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Muffin, Sesame Seed Brown Rice Cakes (Unsalted), Guacamole with Tomatoes, Smoked Salmon, Fruit Fiesta.
