Fat: 69.39g | Prot: 175.22g | Carb: 249.83g.   Breakfast:  Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Metamucil, Omega-3, Water (Bottled), Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Strawberry Preserves. Lunch:  Hummus, Olive Muffalata, 2% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, All Natural Uncured Canadian Bacon, Tuna Macaroni Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, Jumbo Pitted Black Ripe Olives, Mini Babybel Light Cheese, granola, Cheese and Spinach Filled Ravioli with Cream Sauce. Dinner:  tuna steak, olive oil, carrot, olive oil and garlic couscous, spinach, croutons, Seasoned Croutons, gorgonzola cheese, ken's lite italian, cherry tomatos. Snacks/Other:  Adonia Greek Frozen Yogurt.
