Fat: 55.28g | Prot: 52.38g | Carb: 146.49g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, Organic Frozen Blueberries, Raw Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter, silk light soy milk. Lunch:  Grape-Nuts Cereal, silk light soy milk. Dinner:  Lingonberry Preserves, Raw Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter, Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Snacks/Other:  Smokehouse Almonds.
