Fat: 73.90g | Prot: 116.18g | Carb: 251.02g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Pastrami, Goat Cheese, Pears, 1% Fat Milk, Premium Hot Cocoa Double Chocolate, Egg, Yam, Ketchup, 100% Whole Wheat or 100% Whole Grain Waffle, 100% Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Yam, Turkey Pastrami, Ketchup, Chocolate Covered Almonds, Crackers, Salami, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Ground Turkey, Turkey Pastrami, Onions, Ketchup, Chicken Stock. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Mocha (Tall), Pears, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough).
