Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Chocolate Covered Almonds, Crackers, Ketchup, Salami, Turkey Pastrami, Yam. Dinner:  Chicken Stock, Ground Turkey, Ketchup, Onions, Turkey Pastrami. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Mocha (Tall), French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Pears.
