Fat: 78.91g | Prot: 67.34g | Carb: 199.15g.   Breakfast:  belvita breakfast biscuits, ozarka water. Lunch:  baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, croutons butter & garlic, great value cooked ham, healthy choice breaded chicken dinner, kale, Ken's Aged Romano Dressing, kroger mozzerella shredded cheese, lipton sweet tea, mesquite smoked turkey, onions, radish, water, zucchini. Dinner:  Fried fish, kroger tater tots, olive oil, Springdale 2% milk, sweetened tea lipton, tilapia fish, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  ideal bread, peanut butter peter pan natural.
