Fat: 77.80g | Prot: 125.91g | Carb: 96.90g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Cheddar Style Shreds, Deli Sliced Ham. Lunch:  Chicken Wing, Ortega tortilla strips, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chips, Cookie, SunButter.
