Fat: 84.64g | Prot: 94.17g | Carb: 111.04g.   Lunch:  Fried Rice, Szechuan-Style Cooked Green String Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Shrimp, Chicken Nuggets, Boiled Egg, Bananas. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Dubliner Irish Cheese, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Pistachio Nuts, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine.
