Fat: 79.29g | Prot: 162.42g | Carb: 288.90g.   Breakfast:  Almond Fresh, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Multi Grain Cheerios, Original, Sugar. Lunch:  Chili Con Carne with Beans, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Tortillas Ancient Grains, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Blue Mussel (Cooked, Moist Heat), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Oysters, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Cherry Pie, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Fruitcake, Original Powder Creamer, Sugar.
