Fat: 79.29g | Prot: 162.42g | Carb: 288.90g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Multi Grain Cheerios, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original, Sugar, Almond Fresh. Lunch:  Tortillas Ancient Grains, Chili Con Carne with Beans, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Baked or Broiled Salmon, Blue Mussel (Cooked, Moist Heat), Oysters, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Fruitcake, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original Powder Creamer, Sugar, Cherry Pie.
