Fat: 53.39g | Prot: 121.05g | Carb: 191.26g.   Breakfast:  Egg White , Fully Cooked Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Simply Fruit Strawberry, Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein Bar (Small), Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Creamy Fudge, Light Vanilla Ice Cream, Martini, Turkey Sausage and Peppers.
