Fat: 53.39g | Prot: 121.05g | Carb: 191.26g.   Breakfast:  Simply Fruit Strawberry, Fully Cooked Bacon, Egg White , Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein Bar (Small). Dinner:  Turkey Sausage and Peppers, Martini, Creamy Fudge, Light Vanilla Ice Cream.
