Fat: 54.17g | Prot: 83.25g | Carb: 107.98g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein, Acai Daily Cleanse, Apples, Bananas. Lunch:  Kosher Dill Mini Pickles, Mushrooms, Red Tomatoes, Smoked Brats. Dinner:  Baby Gold Potatoes, Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Microwave Popcorn with Butter, Pecans.
