Fat: 43.59g | Prot: 87.76g | Carb: 137.61g.   Breakfast:  whole milk, kale, Papaya Mango Salsa, eggland's best large egg, kroger jalapeno diced peppers, kirkland mexican cheese. Lunch:  wheat germ, lemon juice, dried chia seed, water, Protein Powder, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, berry green, emergen-c. Dinner:  primo taglio oven roasted turkey breast, sara lee whole grain white, avocado, horseradish, english cucumbers, apple cider vinegar, fage greek yogurt, red peppers, baby carrots, celery, velveeta slice. Snacks/Other:  tea, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, apple, red wine, tootsie pop, water.
