Fat: 43.59g | Prot: 87.76g | Carb: 137.61g.   Breakfast:  eggland's best large egg, kale, kirkland mexican cheese, kroger jalapeno diced peppers, Papaya Mango Salsa, whole milk. Lunch:  berry green, dried chia seed, emergen-c, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, lemon juice, Protein Powder, water, wheat germ. Dinner:  apple cider vinegar, avocado, baby carrots, celery, english cucumbers, fage greek yogurt, horseradish, primo taglio oven roasted turkey breast, red peppers, sara lee whole grain white, velveeta slice. Snacks/Other:  apple, red wine, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tea, tootsie pop, water.
