Fat: 54.86g | Prot: 65.96g | Carb: 167.11g.   Breakfast:  fried egg, bacon. Lunch:  white bread, hard salami, Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips, Instant Oatmeal - Maple & Brown Sugar, Fat Free Milk, strawberries, blueberries. Dinner:  sloppy joes, salad. Snacks/Other:  red wine.
