Fat: 29.25g | Prot: 51.00g | Carb: 192.00g.   Breakfast:  eggo waffle nutrigrain, skippy peanut butter. Lunch:  Arizona raspberry tea, starbucks turkey bacon sandwich. Dinner:  lettuce wrap. Snacks/Other:  fit and active fruit strip, ultra light cider.
