Fat: 37.20g | Prot: 45.60g | Carb: 92.01g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Grapefruit, Walnuts. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Bell Peppers, Smoked Salmon. Dinner:  Hamburger (Single Patty with Condiments and Vegetables), Straight Cut Fries. Snacks/Other:  100% Carrot Juice, Zesty Dill Pickles.
