Fat: 115.56g | Prot: 119.22g | Carb: 156.93g.   Lunch:  Black Olives, Blue Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Ciabatta, Italian Chunky Tomato Soup, Mixed Salad Greens, Vanilla Ice Milk (Soft Serve with Cone), Walnuts. Dinner:  Broccoli, Mushrooms, sirloin steak, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Berry Fudge Meal Replacement Bar, Cheddar Light, Chocolate & Honeycomb Cheesecake Slices, Goat's Cheese, Value Ham.
