Fat: 37.26g | Prot: 47.93g | Carb: 218.03g.   Breakfast:  Conference Pears, Pink Lady Apples, Red Grapes. Lunch:  Shapers Roast Chicken Salad Sandwich, Shapers Salted Popcorn, Tropical Fruits. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Lettuce, Tomatoes, Tuna Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  Rice Krispies Squares - Chewy Marshmallow, Shapers Prawn Cocktail Spirals, Shapers Salted Popcorn.
