Breakfast: french toast, maple syrup, reduced fat cream cheese. Lunch: bagel thin, egg, egg white, hood cottage cheese with pineapple, ketchup, reduced fat peanut butter. Dinner: applesauce, sweet potato fries. Snacks/Other: special k pretzel.
