Fat: 72.10g | Prot: 102.46g | Carb: 308.47g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Milk (2% Lowfat without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Porridge, Scrambled Egg, Toasted English Muffins (Includes Sourdough, with Calcium Propionate, Enriched). Dinner:  Carrots, Cauliflower Cheese, Gravy, Peas, Roast Beef, Roast Pork, Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking), Swede, Yorkshire Pudding. Snacks/Other:  Gin and Tonic, Oatmeal Biscuits, Unfiltered Wheat Beer.
