Fat: 72.10g | Prot: 102.46g | Carb: 308.47g.   Breakfast:  Milk (2% Lowfat without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Toasted English Muffins (Includes Sourdough, with Calcium Propionate, Enriched), Porridge, Scrambled Egg, Bacon. Dinner:  Roast Beef, Roast Pork, Gravy, Carrots, Cauliflower Cheese, Peas, Yorkshire Pudding, Swede, Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Unfiltered Wheat Beer, Gin and Tonic, Oatmeal Biscuits.
