Fat: 83.20g | Prot: 71.22g | Carb: 96.52g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Milk Creamer - French Vanilla. Lunch:  Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Organic Spring Mix, Vinaigrette Dressing, Cheddar Style Shreds, Ortega tortilla strips, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Yellow Mustard, Chicken Wing. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Milk Ice Cream - Chocolate, SunButter, Pumpkin Pie.
