Fat: 69.28g | Prot: 168.26g | Carb: 216.49g.   Breakfast:  Multi Grain Cheerios, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Almond Fresh, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar, Original, grapefruit. Lunch:  Chili Con Carne with Beans, Tortillas Ancient Grains, 100% Whey Isolate, Ramen Noodle Soup (Dry, Dehydrated), Chicken, Stuffed Green Olives, Mixed Beans. Dinner:  Cooked Carrots, Cooked Green Peas, Cooked Green String Beans, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Poultry Gravy, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine. Snacks/Other:  swiss dark chocolate, Potato Chips.
