Fat: 69.28g | Prot: 168.26g | Carb: 216.49g.   Breakfast:  Almond Fresh, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), grapefruit, Multi Grain Cheerios, Original, Sugar. Lunch:  100% Whey Isolate, Chicken, Chili Con Carne with Beans, Mixed Beans, Ramen Noodle Soup (Dry, Dehydrated), Stuffed Green Olives, Tortillas Ancient Grains. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Carrots, Cooked Green Peas, Cooked Green String Beans, Poultry Gravy. Snacks/Other:  Potato Chips, swiss dark chocolate.
