Fat: 82.96g | Prot: 53.07g | Carb: 191.59g.   Breakfast:  Appels (zonder Schil), Perzik Maracuja Yoghurt (Klein Potje). Lunch:  Volkoren Brood, Kipfilet, Omelet of Roerei, Pesto. Dinner:  Pannenkoeken (Naturel), Gerookt of Gezouten Spek. Snacks/Other:  Warme Chocolademelk (Automaat), Dropgums Suikervrij, Glacé.
