Fat: 47.22g | Prot: 100.02g | Carb: 211.08g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran Honey Almond Wheat Flakes, Skim Milk. Lunch:  Bananas , Growling Dog. Dinner:  Beef Porterhouse Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0.65 cm Fat), Beef Sausage, Light Margarine, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Mayonnaise, Soy & Linseed Sandwich Thins. Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Fat Free, Lamington Fingers.
