Fat: 91.97g | Prot: 111.39g | Carb: 240.83g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Mozzarella Cheese, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges) . Lunch:  Almonds, Arugula (Rocket), Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy) in Tomato-Based Sauce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Macaroni, Pears. Dinner:  Beef Steak, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges).
