Fat: 54.65g | Prot: 125.76g | Carb: 235.98g.   Breakfast:  Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Egg White , Fully Cooked Bacon, Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein Bar (Small). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Crab, Cupcake with Icing, Sushi, Martini. Snacks/Other:  Dried Cranberries, Almonds , Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar (Small).
