Lunch:  Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked) , Chicken Breast, Chicken Broth Soup (Less/Reduced Sodium, Canned), Cooked Lentils, Dark Chocolate Miniatures. Dinner:  Turkey Burger Patties, Whole Grain Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns, Cauliflower, Unsalted Butter Stick. Snacks/Other:  Double Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bar, Raw almonds, Bananas, To Go Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, tea, Sugar Free French Vanilla Cafe.
