Fat: 87.53g | Prot: 55.72g | Carb: 205.76g.   Breakfast:  kale, banana, lemon, raspberry, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Blackberries (Unsweetened, Frozen). Dinner:  Lentil Medly, sour cream, cabot extra sharp white cheddar cheese. Snacks/Other:  sunflower seeds, banana dehydrated, pecans, peanut butter chips , water.
