Fat: 111.90g | Prot: 161.93g | Carb: 190.02g.   Breakfast:  spinach smoothie, blueberries, milk, vanilla yogurt, banana, water. Lunch:  chicken breast, salad, tomatoe, cucumber, olive oil, red vinegar, radishes. Dinner:  red wine, beef carpaccio, vodka tonic. Snacks/Other:  tea, protein bar, coffee, rice cake, peanut butter, subway turkey, cheese, mayo.
