Fat: 111.90g | Prot: 161.93g | Carb: 190.02g.   Breakfast:  banana, blueberries, milk, spinach smoothie, vanilla yogurt, water. Lunch:  chicken breast, cucumber, olive oil, radishes, red vinegar, salad, tomatoe. Dinner:  beef carpaccio, red wine, vodka tonic. Snacks/Other:  cheese, coffee, mayo, peanut butter, protein bar, rice cake, subway turkey, tea.
