Fat: 40.72g | Prot: 85.16g | Carb: 154.70g.   Breakfast:  About 40% Fat Reduced Calorie Salted Margarine-Like Spread Tub, Whole Wheat English Muffin, Yeast Extract. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Tuna in Oil (Canned). Dinner:  Chianti Wine, Lasagna with Meat. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Apples, Choc Mint Instant Hot Chocolate Drink, Crispy Slices Forest Fruit.
