Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Green Cabbage, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Guacamole with Tomatoes, Sesame Seed Brown Rice Cakes (Unsalted), Zucchini. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Grapes, Kit Kat, Natural Peanut Butter, Olive Oil Margarine, Pomegranate, Raw, Steady Eddie, Strawberry Jam.
