Fat: 57.50g | Prot: 39.00g | Carb: 253.50g.   Breakfast:  Coffee-Mate Creamy Chocolate Flavor, Kisses Hugs, Light Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, Peppermint Mocha Creamer (Coffee-Mate), Whole Grain Cheerios. Lunch:  breakfast on the go! nut & granola mix, Crunchy Granola Bars - Cinnamon, Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Mixed Berry. Dinner:  Thin Crispy Crust Pizza - Four Meat. Snacks/Other:  Fat Free Tiny Twists Pretzels, Grahamfuls, Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt.
