Fat: 37.88g | Prot: 74.12g | Carb: 113.39g.   Breakfast:  High Protein Chocolate Shake. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Coca-Cola Classic (Cup), Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans, Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies with Less Green Chilies, Flour Tortilla, Fries (Kids), Seasoned Shredded Beef. Dinner:  2% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Chicken Tortilla Soup Especial, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Bloody Mary Mix, Tequila.
