Fat: 49.87g | Prot: 96.99g | Carb: 155.99g.   Breakfast:  Grapefruit Juice, Cherry Tomatoes, Celery , cucumber, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Miso Soup, Miso Salad Dressing, Soy Sauce (Shoyu) (Low Sodium) , salmon sashimi, Vegetable Salad, panko. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), chicken soup, mixed berries, chicken, baby spinach trader jo. Snacks/Other:  Spicy Hot 100% Vegetable Juice, Banana Chips.
