Fat: 4.86g | Prot: 22.82g | Carb: 88.98g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal (Fat Not Added in Cooking), GV Wheat Bread, Sugar Free Strawbery Preserves, Fat Free Italian Anything Dressing. Lunch:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Italian Salad, Romaine & Radicchio Lettuce, Fat Free Italian Anything Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Snyder's Mini Pretzels.
