Fat: 50.64g | Prot: 124.61g | Carb: 268.25g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), Hard-Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Gala Apples, Healthy Request Chunky Sirloin Burger with Country Vegetables, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Cherry, Light Key Lime Pie Fat Free, Strawberries. Dinner:  Oriental Style Beef and Rice Noodle Soup (Vietnamese Pho Bo). Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Cinnamon, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Crunchy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter.
