Fat: 129.61g | Prot: 122.17g | Carb: 257.32g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Avocados, Coffee, Ground Turkey, Ketchup, Premium Hot Cocoa Double Chocolate, Sugar. Lunch:  Apples, Apples, Avocados, Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce, Egg, Green Tea, Honey Mustard, Kale, Ketchup, Mushrooms, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  Apples, Dry or Hard Salami, Mimosa, Mushrooms, Onions, Red Table Wine, Roasted Potato, Swiss Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Pears.
