Fat: 102.47g | Prot: 117.72g | Carb: 252.68g.   Breakfast:  Multigrain Bagel, Whipped Cream Cheese Spread. Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Greek Olives, Hummus, Multigrain Bread, Red Onions, Roasted Peppers, Spinach. Dinner:  Chinese Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken, Wonton (Meat Filled Fried Won Ton). Snacks/Other:  Minty Patty, Peppermint Bark with Dark Chocolate Squares.
