Lunch: Avocados, Boiled Egg, Chayote (Fruit), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Cabbage, Green Leaf Lettuce, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Tomatoes. Dinner: Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Eggplant, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other: Almonds.
