Fat: 144.53g | Prot: 196.15g | Carb: 61.49g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Tenderloin Pork. Lunch:  Avocados, Boiled Egg, Chayote (Fruit), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Cabbage, Green Leaf Lettuce, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Eggplant, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
