Fat: 144.53g | Prot: 196.15g | Carb: 61.49g.   Breakfast:  Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Tenderloin Pork, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Lunch:  Chayote (Fruit), Green Cabbage, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocados, Green Leaf Lettuce, Boiled Egg, Cooked Carrots, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Eggplant, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
