Fat: 13.37g | Prot: 24.59g | Carb: 155.93g.   Breakfast:  Mini Breaks, Red Grapes. Lunch:  Crackerbread, Soft Cheese, Dry Cured British Oak Smoked Ham, Fat Free Yoghurt Drink, Pineapple, Salt & Vinegar (22g), Special K Chewy Delight Milk Chocolate, Nectarines. Snacks/Other:  Pink Lady Apples, Caramel Rice Cake, Crunchy Curls.
