Fat: 86.69g | Prot: 136.31g | Carb: 115.52g.   Breakfast:  Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk. Lunch:  Ortega tortilla strips, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Beef and Pork Meatballs, Broiled or Baked Breaded or Floured Pork Chop, Chicken Wing, Plain Bread Sticks. Snacks/Other:  Oats N' Honey Cereal, Plain Corn Chips, Unsweetened Flax Milk, Veggie Chips.
