Fat: 99.74g | Prot: 118.33g | Carb: 344.45g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Cream of Wheat Chocolate, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Green Tea, Wheat Germ, Women's Optimal Vitamin. Lunch:  BelVita. Dinner:  Asparagus, Champagne, Filet Mignon, Macaroni or Pasta Salad. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Bread, Perky Jerky, Toasted Corn Snacks - Original, vanilla chocolate chip.
