Fat: 62.96g | Prot: 102.11g | Carb: 391.02g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Extra Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples, Raisins, Rolled Oats, Yogourt. Lunch:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Gourmet Steamers Grilled Balsamic Chicken. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Butternut Winter Squash, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Sauted Shrimp with White Wine and Feta. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Extra Dark, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Herbal Tea, Panforte, Persimmon, Pineapple, Raisins (Seedless).
