Fat: 62.96g | Prot: 102.11g | Carb: 391.02g.   Breakfast:  Yogourt, Rolled Oats, Raisins, Bananas, Extra Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples. Lunch:  Fuji Apples, Bananas, Gourmet Steamers Grilled Balsamic Chicken. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Butternut Winter Squash, Sauted Shrimp with White Wine and Feta. Snacks/Other:  Herbal Tea, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pineapple, Greek Yogurt 2%, Raisins (Seedless), Bananas, Extra Dark, Persimmon, Panforte, Grapefruit (Pink and Red).
