Fat: 37.90g | Prot: 50.19g | Carb: 213.10g.   Breakfast:  Amazing Mango. Lunch:  Potato Bread, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Mayonnaise, 98% Fat Free Turkey Lunch Meat, Natural White Cheddar Puffs. Dinner:  Fried Floured or Breaded Fish, Pad Thai Rice Noodles, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Snacks/Other:  chex honey nut cereal.
