Fat: 67.52g | Prot: 149.94g | Carb: 208.01g.   Breakfast:  Almond Fresh, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Multi Grain Cheerios. Lunch:  Celery, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Mixed Beans, Original, Stuffed Green Olives, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Carrot Juice, coleslaw, Cooked Green Peas, mixed vegetable, Rainbow Trout (Farmed), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, salmon. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original Powder Creamer, Pitted Dates, Sugar, swiss dark chocolate.
