Fat: 67.52g | Prot: 149.94g | Carb: 208.01g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Multi Grain Cheerios, Almond Fresh. Lunch:  Original, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Tuna in Water (Canned), Celery, Stuffed Green Olives, Mixed Beans. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, salmon, mixed vegetable, coleslaw, Cooked Green Peas, Rainbow Trout (Farmed), Carrot Juice. Snacks/Other:  Pitted Dates, swiss dark chocolate, Sugar, Original Powder Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds).
