Fat: 137.43g | Prot: 84.30g | Carb: 149.66g.   Breakfast:  salt, ground cinnamon, millville oats, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, southern grove dates, spectrum coconut oil. Lunch:  avacado, t marzetti ultimate blue cheese, greek gods plain yogurt, muscle milk cookies & cream, great value tropical trail mix, Organic Frozen Strawberries. Dinner:  beef top sirloin, bell pepper, onion, baby bella, tomato, carlini olive oil, romaine hearts, happy farms mex cheese, friendly farms sour cream, bryers oreo.
