Fat: 137.43g | Prot: 84.30g | Carb: 149.66g.   Breakfast:  ground cinnamon, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, millville oats, salt, southern grove dates, spectrum coconut oil. Lunch:  avacado, great value tropical trail mix, greek gods plain yogurt, muscle milk cookies & cream, Organic Frozen Strawberries, t marzetti ultimate blue cheese. Dinner:  baby bella, beef top sirloin, bell pepper, bryers oreo, carlini olive oil, friendly farms sour cream, happy farms mex cheese, onion, romaine hearts, tomato.
