Fat: 104.74g | Prot: 161.05g | Carb: 162.07g.   Breakfast:  banana, blueberries, milk, spinach smoothie, vanilla yogurt, water. Lunch:  boiled egg, chicken breast, cucumber, flavored water, olive oil, radishes, red vinegar, salad, tomatoe. Dinner:  chicken breast, cucumber, olive oil, radishes, rice, salad, tomatoe, vinegar, yellow mustard. Snacks/Other:  apple, peanut butter, protein bar.
