Fat: 104.74g | Prot: 161.05g | Carb: 162.07g.   Breakfast:  water, banana, vanilla yogurt, milk, blueberries, spinach smoothie. Lunch:  radishes, flavored water, red vinegar, olive oil, cucumber, tomatoe, salad, chicken breast, boiled egg. Dinner:  tomatoe, chicken breast, yellow mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salad, rice, cucumber, radishes. Snacks/Other:  protein bar, apple, peanut butter.
